Join a panel of experienced appellate attorneys for a discussion of the fundamentals of, and best practices for, participating as an amicus curiae in appeals before Pennsylvania appellate courts. This program will cover procedural requirements for participation, briefing requirements, strategies for success and ethical considerations in this highly specialized, but increasingly common, practice area.
