Please join Philadelphia VIP and Fox Rothschild on April 10 from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM for a CLE training on Quiet Title actions. This training will be led by Bob Tintner and Ed Hayes, two VIP volunteers and renowned mentors for VIP’s quiet title volunteers.

Some title problems, such as those arising from adverse possession claims, deed fraud, or lease–purchase agreements gone wrong, must be resolved through real estate litigation. VIP volunteer attorneys handling these matters can change the game for a low-income homeowner client.
