The Widener Commonwealth Law Review invites you to attend its upcoming symposium, Judging and Administrative Law, held virtually on April 15, 2024 from 8:50 AM-4:00 PM Eastern.

The symposium will explore recent changes to administrative law, focusing specifically on the role of judges in the development and implementation of administrative law. The symposium will feature a variety of scholars and practitioners discussing developments and changes in the context of federal and state administrative law from both academic- and practice-focused perspectives. It will feature a keynote presentation from Judge J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

  • Free for Non-CLE Attendees, General Public
