Allegheny County Bar Association logoThe Allegheny County Bar Association Hispanic Attorneys Committee is presenting a virtual CLE Event via Zoom entitled The Benefits of Compromise: Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Law Matters on April 11, 2024 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM Eastern.

Unlike other areas of law, Family Law disputes are regularly between parties who must interact with one another for extended periods of time, whether it be because of their minor children, continuing obligations to pay support or due to protracted litigation.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provides options for these parties to settle amicably out of court, lessen the financial burden associated with litigation and maintain cordial relationships for future interactions. This CLE will explore the benefits associated with the different forms of ADR and how to determine which options are best suited for your client in varying circumstances.
