Legal Aid of Southeastern Pa (LASP) & Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (DCACDL) are presenting a CLE program entitled Clean Slate 3.0 on March 28, 2024 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM Eastern. The program will be held at the Delaware County Bar Association, 335 West Front Street Media, PA 19063-2340.

Starting Feb. 12, 2024, more Pennsylvania residents with criminal records will have more chances for a fresh start. The new law expands record-sealing, and shortens the timeframe. Record-sealing helps people get better opportunities for jobs, housing & education.
