The Westmoreland County Bar Association is hosting a CLE presentation entitled Removing Criminal Records: Clean Slate 3.0 and Pardons on April 2, 2024 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM Eastern. The presentation will be held at the Westmoreland County Bar Association,  100 N Maple Ave, Greensburg PA 15601-2506. It will also be available virtually via Zoom.

This course will provide details and discuss Pennsylvania's new Clean Slate Act that went into effect on February 12, 2024.  Also covered will be current information about the Board of Pardons' application process.
