The Pennsylvania Bar Association Collaborative Law Committee presents a free LUNCH AND LEARN: “Conscious Contracts®” Laying the Foundation for Collaboration on Tuesday February 27, 2024 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM Eastern.

Explore the Conscious Contracts ® model and its application to collaborative practice with bestselling author and integrative law pioneer J. Kim Wright. She will introduce the model and GCLC President Glenn F. Meier will share applications. Conscious Contracts® is practiced around the world.

Presenters:

J. Kim Wright is a professor, author, community organizer, trainer and lawyer. In her practice, she helps clients align their values with their legal documents. She became a collaborative lawyer in the mid-1990s, practicing family law in North Carolina.

Wright is a Senior Fellow at the Project for Integrative Law and Legal Education, Center on Dispute Resolution, Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she teaches Integrative Law Approaches to Negotiation. The author/editor of three American Bar Association books, Wright has lectured at law schools on six continents. Her work is taught in seven law schools in South Africa.

Glenn F. Meier is a business lawyer and mediator who uses his decades of experience negotiating and litigating commercial disputes to help clients build and maintain sustainable collaborative relationships with their stakeholders.

Meier is experienced in the emerging fields of relational contracting and collaborative law, helps him advise clients who want to create win/win relationships in their business affairs.
