Register now to volunteer for the upcoming Philadelphia VIP Nonprofit Legal CLE and Clinic which will be held on July 16, 2019 from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM at The Free Library of Philadelphia, 1901 Vine Street, 4th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103.

What: Legal assessment clinic for local nonprofits preceded by a one-hour CLE on nonprofit law (includes 1 free CLE credit). Each participating attorney will provide post-clinic legal assistance to one participating nonprofit on a discrete matter.

Why: Nonprofits often confront legal issues that impact their ability to achieve their mission and lack the financial resources to hire an attorney. 

Who: You! Use your legal skills to help local nonprofit organizations identify and then address key legal issues (e.g. creating/updating, reviewing contracts, securing 501(c)(3) status).
