Philadelphia LawWorks, a project of Philadelphia VIP, is proud to announce that the Law Firm Pro Bono Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association will be sponsoring our July 2017 Small Business Clinic in collaboration with The Enterprise Center. At this clinic, volunteer attorneys provide free legal advice to Philadelphia area small business owners.

Clients will have the chance to:

• Meet individually with volunteer attorneys; at not cost
• Speak to volunteer attorneys about the following legal areas:
  • Business structure and formation
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Indemnification
  • Intellectual property
  • Commercial leases
  • Employees and consultants
  • Contracts
  • Other small business legal issues
