Philadelphia VIP/LawWorks is partnering with McCarter & English and the Business Resource & Innovation Center (BRIC) to present a free Small Business Clinic on March 28, 2017 from 5:15 pm - 7:00 pm. The clinic will be held at The Free Library of Philadelphia, 1901 Vine Street, 4th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103.

The March 2017 Small Business Clinic will match volunteer lawyers with small business owners who would otherwise have to use their limited resources for counsel, or to navigate the legal system on their own without the benefit of professional advice.

Attorneys will meet one-on-one with small business owners to discuss the right legal structure for their business, trademarks and logos, commercial leases, employees and consultants, contracts, and other legal issues.
