James R. Antoniono Receives Samuel W. Milkes Award

James R. Antoniono, EsquireJames R. Antoniono, of DeBernardo Antoniono McCabe & Davis PC, Greensburg, is the 2024 recipient of the Samuel W. Milkes Award offered by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Legal Services to the Public Committee.

The Milkes Award, named in honor of longtime legal aid advocate and public service attorney Samuel W. Milkes of Cumberland County, is an occasional award of the PBA Legal Services to the Public Committee that is given to such individuals and groups as the committee, from time to time, determines have provided unique service that has resulted in significant improvement in the access to justice of the neediest among us.

Attorney Antoniono, who is a past PBA treasurer, received the 2024 Samuel W. Milkes Award at the Winter Quarterly Meeting of the Westmoreland Bar Association on January 30, 2024 in Greensburg. Among his accomplishments supporting pro bono, he hiked the Appalachian Trail to raise more than $10,000 for the Westmoreland County Bar Foundation's pro bono programs.
