- 12/1/2025
- Pennsylvania Pardon Project
December 16, 2025, 12:00-1:00 pm
On December 16, 2025 at noon, the Pennsylvania Association of Pardon Projects and Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity will be offering a one-hour look-back over the past year and look-ahead at what the Pennsylvania pardon process will be like in 2026. The program is open to anyone who is associated with a current Pardon Project or Pardon Hub, or interested in starting one.
The program is free, will be presented via zoom, and does not require advance registration: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81183378807
This program will cover topics that will help us all better understand the new online pardon application, the issues /problems that the BOP staff has been facing and how they are being resolved, and will provide practical information that we can use in coaching our pardon clients and structuring our Pardon Projects. If you have specific questions you would like to be sure to have asked, please email them to Tobey Oxholm, Director of the Pennsylvania Pardon Project, papardonproject@gmail.com.
This program satisfies the requirement for free primary Professional Liability Insurance coverage for attorneys and social workers who accept referrals of prescreened clients from Pardon Projects.
Attorneys interested in obtaining CLE credit will be required to submit additional information via email at the end of the program. Attorneys in private practice will continue to be expected to accept (if requested) at least two pro bono pardon clients over the next year, which could qualify them for additional CLE credit(s).
