Nominations Open for 2024 Allegheny County Pro Bono Achievement Awards

ACBF Pro Bono Center logoThe ACBA/ACBF Access to Justice Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Pro Bono Achievement Awards. These awards recognize individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to pro bono service in our communities. The committee would like to honor volunteers, legal aid attorneys, law firms, corporations, judges, and anyone else who works to ensure equal access to justice for all.

Nominations may be submitted for the following Award Categories:

  • Jane F. Hepting Individual Attorney Award
  • Lorraine M. Bittner Public Interest Attorney Award
  • Kathryn M. Kenyon Leadership Award
  • Organization Award (law firm, corporate legal department, government legal department, or other entity or group)
  • Special Service Award (including judges, non-attorneys, or other deserving individuals or organizations)

The awards will be presented at the Fall Foundation Reception on Thursday, September 25, 5:30 p.m., at Hotel Monaco. The winners and their nominators will be invited to attend as our guests.
