Together with Penn State Law, the RPPT Law Section is sponsoring a pro bono Estate Planning Clinic for low-income clients on Friday October 14, 2022, beginning at 9:00 AM Eastern. The Section is in need of volunteer lawyers to meet with clients to draft simple wills and advance planning documents for health care and financial decision-making.

Please volunteer for this worthy cause and inspiring event!

No experience drafting Wills or other estate planning documents? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. Training will be provided on the day of the event. Each volunteer attorney will be partnered with another volunteer attorney or law student to meet with clients and draft documents for them.

Volunteer lawyers can participate in person or virtually. The students and clients will be in person at Penn State Law, 329 Innovation Blvd, Suite 118, University Park, PA. Those volunteer attorneys who choose to participate virtually will be connected with the students and clients through Zoom. Template forms will be provided. RPPT Law Section volunteers will be available as a resource to answer questions and assist as needed.
