Pennsylvania Bar Association logoThe Pennsylvania Bar Association Minority Bar Committee’s 12th Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit will be held virtually on Friday, October 7, 2022. This year’s Summit will feature sessions in skill building and creating change.

The goal of the Summit is to provide a forum for lawyers, law firms, public officials, bar associations, and public interest organizations throughout Pennsylvania to share their approaches to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession. This year’s CLE programs will feature sessions on:

  • Voting rights;
  • Reverse mentoring/Building Intergenerational Learning relationships in the Legal Community;
  • Recent developments in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion;
  • Being a Better Ally: What to Say When You See Something; and
  • Autism in the Courts.

The last Summit had more than 160 participants representing 22 counties throughout the Commonwealth. Because of the critical need for DEI programming and the virtual platform, it is expected that attendance will again be robust this year.
