The Civil Justice Gap - Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor's Forum

Philadelphia Bar AssociationThe Philadelphia Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association Civil Gideon Task Force will be holding a Chancellor's Forum entitled The Civil Justice Gap, on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm. at the Philadelphia Bar Association, 1101 Market Street, 11th Floor Conference Center, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

The forum will feature welcoming remarks from John E. Savoth, Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association followed by a moderated discussion addressing the sharp increase in the need for legal services for poor and vulnerable individuals in areas of basic human need, and exploring strategies to narrow the civil justice gap.

This forum will also highlight actual and proposed developments to increase access to justice in Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions and facilitate a discussion on how key stakeholders can work collaboratively on improving access to justice.
