  session focuses on pro bono and professional resp
 onsibility, providing a practical overview of atto
 rneys’ ethical obligations, opportunities for comm
 unity engagement and strategies for integrating pr
 o bono work into a successful legal practice.   

 
Participants will explore the professional respo
 nsibility principles that govern lawyer conduct, i
 ncluding competence, communication, confidentialit
 y, conflicts of interest and duties to clients, co
 urts and the profession. The program will also hig
 hlight the benefits and impact of pro bono represe
 ntation, available resources for attorneys seeking
  opportunities and best practices for managing pro
  bono matters ethically and efficiently.

 igned for attorneys seeking immediately applicable
  guidance, this program offers both foundational i
 nstruction and practical insights to strengthen et
 hical decision-making, professional judgment and m
 eaningful service to the community.   

This ses
 sion is part of the WLD’s “Practice Ready” CLE ser
 ies designed to equip attorneys with practical, sk
 ills-based training to enhance everyday lawyering 
 and courtroom effectiveness. All attorneys – WLD o
