The Wills for Her
 oes program provides opportunities for active and 
 retired first responders and military veterans to 
 obtain free basic estate planning documents includ
 ing wills, living wills, healthcare powers of atto
 rney and durable financial powers of attorney thro
 ugh the service of volunteer attorneys, witnesses 
 and notaries.   

Attorney drafters, witnesses a
 nd notaries are needed to prepare basic estate doc
 uments,  including wills, durable financial powers
  of attorney and healthcare powers of attorney for
  Bethel Park’s current and former first responders
  and veterans.   

Attorneys volunteering to dra
 ft documents must have malpractice insurance.   

 
Training on the software used for drafting will 
 be provided in advance of the event.   Interested
