This program will be held at First Corinthian 
 Baptist Church in West Philly over two dates:   

     
>  Thursday, April 30 from 5:30-7:30 pm (tra
 ining and client matching)   
>  Thursday, June 4
  from 5:30-8:00 pm (finalize and sign documents be
 fore a notary)     How it works   

Training and
  Client Matching (April 30):  Following a one-hour
  training, you will pair with a Habitat for Humani
 ty Philadelphia partner family or neighbor. Using 
 VIP’s case file and estate planning questionnaire,
  you will begin making documents like a will, powe
 r of attorney, and advance directive.   

In bet
 ween the training and notarization day, you will h
 ave time to continue discussions with your client 
 and draft the documents using VIP’s resources. Cli
 ents will have time to consult with family members
  and be sure of their decisions.   

Signing Day
  (June 4):  Meet your client at the church to exec
 ute the estate planning documents in front of a no
 tary and witnesses provided by VIP.   

Voluntee
 rs should plan to commit to both meetings . Attorn
 eys and other legal volunteers are welcome, but no
 n-attorneys must bring a Pennsylvania attorney who
  will supervise their work.
