 r, Unkovic & Scott and Neighborhood Legal Services
  at Meyer Unkovic and Scott, 535 Smithfield Street
 , Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. This will be c
 onducted as a hybrid seminar, with virtual attenda
 nce available, along with in-person attendance.   
 

This CLE will provide a comprehensive introduc
 tion to the Custody Conciliation process in Allegh
 eny County, with a focus on equipping participants
  to provide pro bono legal advice guidance to pare
 nts navigating this process and who are otherwise 
 pro se.   

The session will present information
  on the custody process in Allegheny County, strat
 egies for conciliations, tips for working with cli
 ents, and a checklist for these proceedings.   


 
The demand for Custody Conciliation pro bono serv
 ices is huge in Allegheny County, and the differen
 ce in outcomes is enormous for families and childr
 en who have the benefit of an attorney to assist i
 n navigating this process. The Custody Conciliatio
 n Pro Bono Project is a Signature Project of the P
 ittsburgh Pro Bono Partnership.    Panelists:
