The National Legal Aid & Defender Association (
 NLADA) and the Committee for Public Counsel Servic
 es (CPCS) of Massachusetts bring you the  2025 App
 ellate Defender Training  (https://my.nlada.org/ev

 5bd7890c5)  in Worcester, MA on May 6-9, 2025. Thi
 s renowned bring-your-own-case program will offer 
 a mixture of plenary sessions and small group work
 shops to help attorneys develop their appellate sk
 ills.   

The Appellate Defender Training (ADT) 
 offers an intensive four-day learning experience. 
 ADT is designed specifically for attorneys who rep
 resent indigent defendants in criminal and delinqu
 ency appeals in the state and federal court system
 s. This national skills training brings together c
 ourt and appellate public defenders at the state a
 nd federal levels, assigned counsel, contract defe
 nders, and Criminal Justice Act private attorneys 
 for a multi-day program. Program content will incl
