Wills for Heeoes logoThe ACBA Young Lawyers Division Public Service Committee and Pennsylvania Bar Association are presenting a Wills for Heroes Event  on April 11, 2026 from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM Eastern at the Bethel Park Fire Department, 5213 Brightwood Road, Bethel Park, PA  15102.

The Wills for Heroes program provides opportunities for active and retired first responders and military veterans to obtain free basic estate planning documents including wills, living wills, healthcare powers of attorney and durable financial powers of attorney through the service of volunteer attorneys, witnesses and notaries.

Attorney drafters, witnesses and notaries are needed to prepare basic estate documents, including wills, durable financial powers of attorney and healthcare powers of attorney for Bethel Park’s current and former first responders and veterans.

Attorneys volunteering to draft documents must have malpractice insurance.

Training on the software used for drafting will be provided in advance of the event.
