Philadelphia VIP is presenting a virtual program entitled Intro to Tangled Title Practice on April 8, 2026 from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM Eastern.

It costs on average $9,200 to resolve a “tangled title” and become a legal homeowner in Philadelphia. This puts homeownership out of reach of the thousands of Philadelphians living in a deceased relative’s home. Volunteer attorneys can help residents overcome this hurdle.

Join VIP on April 8 for an introductory tangled title training for lawyers and paralegals. The training, led by Supervising Attorney Mike Jones, will cover VIP’s probate and deed drafting practice.
