The Elder Law Committee of the Delaware County Bar Association is hosting a presentation entitled A Turbo Tour of Problem-Solving Courts in Delaware County - A "Hidden" Resource for Your Clients on August 5, 2025 from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern at Delaware County Bar Association, 335 West Front Street, Media, PA  19063.

As Elder Law Attorneys, we work with clients and beneficiaries of all ages with drug, alcohol, or mental health issues, some of whom get into trouble with the law. The panel will provide an informative discussion on the role of Drug Treatment Court, Mental Health Court, and Veteran’s Court in Delaware County and resources available for your clients.

The participants will learn about all of the treatment options available to participants in the treatment courts, the criminal charges that are eligible for admission to a treatment court and under what circumstances criminal charges can be withdrawn upon successful competition of a treatment court.
