Why You Should Attend

Attorneys and other advocates who represent children in immigration matters will learn about the current state of law and policy on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), asylum, and reinforce their practice skills with principles of legal ethics and trauma-informed lawyering. Experienced faculty will examine problem-solving strategies for addressing common issues that arise in children’s cases.
