Legal Aid of Southeastern PA’s Pro Bono Program presents a virtual CLE entitled, Eviction Defense for Pro Bono Attorneys, on Thursday, November. 7, 2024 from 2:00 PM-3:00 PM Eastern.

The training will provide practical advice for assisting tenants at eviction hearings in Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery counties.

Rising housing costs make eviction one of the biggest issues facing low-income residents in the Philadelphia suburbs. Tenants with representation are shown to get better outcomes in MDJ court.

Gaining extra time in the home or lowering costs and fees can have a significant impact for LASP clients.
