The Allegheny County Bar Association Civil Litigation Section is presenting a Non-CLE Lunch-and-Learn entitled Big Wins on Small Claims: Civil Litigation in Magisterial District Courts on Tue, July 16, 2024 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Eastern. The program will be held at the Koppers Bldg. - EP Mellon Room, 436 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
The judges of the magisterial district courts are the first and last faces seen by most litigants in 66 of Pennsylvania’s counties. Are you prepared to represent a client in this important forum?
During this non-CLE skills training, attendees will hear from sitting district judges on what to do (and what NOT to do) when presenting a civil case (including landlord-tenant cases) in front of a magisterial district court.
