The Allegheny County Bar Association Immigration Law Committee is presenting a CLE program entitled R-1s: All You Need to Know About Religious Workers on February 10, 2023 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM Eastern. The program will be held at the Koppers Building, E.P. Mellon Room, 436 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
The program will cover why you should consider a R-1 visa, who can qualify and what is required to file. This program is a great initial guide for any practitioner who is involved with religious organizations or has an interest in religious workers.

- The Immigration Process
- Employer’s Financial Information and Ability to Pay
