This workshop, entitled Preparing the schedules, offered on February 10, 2023, is part of a series of ten training programs entitled the 2023 PLAN Bankruptcy Boot Camp that is being hosted by Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. on consecutive Fridays through March 24, 2023.
All sessions will run from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern. One substantive CLE credit will be offered for each training with additional time built in for questions, comments, and strategic discussion.
This workshop will cover the following topics:
- review of sample completed schedules
- software options
- national forms and local forms

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for one (1.0) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
Attendance at this event is categorized as "distance learning" by the PA CLE Board.
