Philadelphia VIPPlease join Philadelphia VIP and Fox Rothschild on December 6, 2022 from 12:00 PM-2:30 PM for a Training on Quiet Title Actions to help low-income Philadelphians get title to their homes.

Philadelphia has long had one of the highest rates of homeownership among American cities. Our low-income neighbors often lack title to their homes and cannot access government services or make repairs. Learn how you can use your law license to help.

This training will be led by Fox Rothschild’s Bob Tintner and Ed Hayes, two VIP volunteers and renowned mentors in VIP’s quiet title litigation practices.

Attendees will learn the full scope of how to litigate a quiet title action for a VIP client. You will learn how to identify which cause of action to bring between adverse possession, lease-purchase agreement, or fraudulent conveyance. And you will learn how to move procedurally through the case from start to finish. Questions are always welcome throughout the event. Attendees will earn 2.5 substantive CLE credits.

This training is available in-person or virtually, RSVP at the Register Now link below to attend.

You are encouraged to sign up for a VIP quiet title case before the training so you can follow along with your case file in hand. View all available cases here.
