The 2022 ABA/NLADA Equal Justice Conference will be held on May 11-14, 2022 at the Hilton Minneapolis, 1001 Marquette Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55403. 

The Equal Justice Conference brings together all components of the legal community to discuss equal justice issues as they relate to the delivery of legal services to the poor and low-income individuals in need of legal assistance.

The emphasis of this conference is on strengthening partnerships among the key players in the civil justice system. Through plenary sessions, workshops, networking opportunities and special programming, the conference provides a wide range of learning and sharing experiences for all attendees.

Preconference 

Preconference sessions are offered on Tuesday, May 10 and Wednesday, May 11 and are available to full conference registrants only. Fees for preconference sessions are in addition to the basic conference registration. Preconference sessions include:

  • CLE Credit Comments:

    The ABA will seek 14 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 14 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states* including 2.5 hours of CLE specialty credit in 60-minute states and 2.5 hours of CLE specialty credit in 50-minute states as needed; professionalism and elimination of bias. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.

    *Florida Bar regulators have stated that attorneys will not receive Florida credit for any ABA program, even if they self-apply.
