This eagerly anticipated day-long program celebrates a bringing together of Philadelphia's vibrant public interest community and those who support it!  Experienced panelists will present a wide array of hot topics in public interest law for public interest attorneys, pro bono practitioners, and private practice attorneys who are interested in learning more about cutting edge issues affecting the pro bono legal community.

9:30 AM – 9:45 AM: Administrative Announcements, Instructions and Opening Remarks

9:45 AM - 11:15 AM: Opening Plenary - Lawyering Across the Technological Divide

11:15 AM - 11:30 AM: BREAK

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: 3 Concurrent Sessions (choose ONLY one) 
Substantive/Ethics depends upon session attended

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM:  LUNCH BREAK

You must choose your break-out sessions in advance so that you can receive the correct links to your registration. You may NOT move between break-out sessions, so please review each description for ease of decision-making. Registration into the plenary sessions is automatic.


After the CLE, the Public Interest 30th Anniversary Celebration will be held at City Winery Philadelphia, 990 Filbert Street, featuring the presentation of the Honorable Louis H. Pollak Award to: Honorable Marilyn Heffley, U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of PA and The Bending of the Arc Award to: Merril Zebe, Esq., Public Interest Coordinator, Philadelphia Bar Association.

A separate registration for the reception is required.
