The Allegheny County Bar Association is hosting a Housing Court Town Hall Meeting on evictions in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM during ACBA Bar Week. The event is free for ACBA members. The cost to non-members is $10.

Among the more significant aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic had on the local legal community was the moratorium on evictions. With guidelines now changing, many questions about evictions remain.

During this non-CLE town hall meeting, Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Judge Pat Connelly and Deputy Court Administrator Dianne Wainwright will discuss how the court will handle evictions moving forward.
