Philadelphia VIP is holding a Virtual Practice Spotlight: Will vs. Deed on April 21, 20201 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM.

This one-hour session is focused on the benefits and drawbacks of these two methods of property transfer.

Join VIP Supervising Attorney Lindsay Schoonmaker and Rothkoff Law’s Roxane Crowley to discuss estate planning methods through a cost/benefit lens. They will cover different approaches to drafting wills and drafting deeds to change title of real property in order to transfer family assets. They will also examine client scenarios and explore the pros and cons of both methods of transferring title.
