MCAP: The Art of Representing Children in the Legal Arena - Part TWO of Two-Part Series (Montgomery County-Virtual Event)

Want to serve as a guardian ad litem (GAL) or legal counsel for children? This two-part seminar will guide you through legal representation in all of the legal arenas. 

Part ONE is October 22, 2020 and Part TWO is October 29, 2020; together you will earn a total of 7 CLE credits-6 substantive and 1 ethics.

Attend this dynamic seminar training lawyers to serve as guardians ad litem and legal counsel for children and learn from the experts in the family law, juvenile law, dependency and criminal law. You will learn about the best practices in serving children as their legal representative. By completing this TWO part training, you will be prepared to serve as a child advocate in Montgomery County and have ultimately your pro bono service hours will satisfy up to 3 CLE credits for 2020 and beyond.

    Credits: 3.0 Hours Substantive and 0.5 Hours Ethics.

    Attendance at this event is categorized as "distance learning" by the PA CLE Board. On April 15, 2020, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued a Court Order temporarily waiving the six (6) hour limitation on distance learning credits for 2020 compliance deadlines. Attorneys in Pennsylvania may now complete all 12 hours of their 2020 CLE requirements though approved distance learning activities. More information on distance learning CLE credit.
