Access to Justice Community Summit - Save the Date: Oct. 23

The York County Bar Association/Foundation will be holding the 2019 York County Access to Justice Community Summit on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Eastern, at the Wyndham Garden York, 2000 Loucks Road, York, PA 17408.

Only one in five low-income people with a legal problem can get legal help. Attendees at this Access to Justice Community Summit.will learn more about the issues and where to direct families to better access legal services.

Judge Craig Trebilcock will provide an overview of a new initiative - Community Action for Recovery and Diversion (CARD) - that is designed to tackle systemic change in York County for those who are involved with the justice system.

Panelists to include ACCESS-York, MidPenn Legal Services, PA Immigration Resource Center, PA 2-1-1, the York County Bar Foundation, and the York County Court Self-Help & Law Resource Center.

Free to attend, but, registration by 10/18 is required.
