Help give Pennsylvanians a second chance! Learn about eligibility requirements and procedures for the new Clean Slate law and expungement laws at a program entitled Clean Slate & Expungement Laws on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 (1 credit substantive).

Presented by Erica Briant, LASP Regional Expungement Attorney, and Phil Rosenthal, LASP Staff Attorney, the CLE will be held at the Delaware County Bar Association (DCBA), 335 W. Front St., Media PA 19063. Planned as a lunch-and-learn, registration will be at noon, and the presentation will start at 12:30 p.m. Bring a brown bag lunch.

Cost:

The cost is $40 for DCBA members and $55 for non-members, but the FEE WILL BE WAIVED  for any of LASP's current pro bono volunteers and for anyone who agrees to assist with an expungement clinic.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:

Erica Briant, Esq. and Phil Rosenthal, Esq. are both staff attorneys with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP). A Regional Expungement Attorney, Erica represents clients in expungements and works with area legislators and partner agencies to hold expungement clinics throughout LASP's service area of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Phil represents low-income, disabled and elderly Delaware County residents in expungements, as well as public benefits and unemployment compensation cases.
