Community Legal Services of Philadelphia is presenting a Continuing Legal Education program entitled, Recent Developments in Appellate Caselaw: The Parent Attorney Perspective on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The program will be held at the Philadelphia Family Court, 15th Floor, 1501 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19102. 

This CLE will help you better represent parents whose children have been placed in the child welfare system. Join us for a review of recent dependency case law, covering the past year of appellate court decisions, with a specific focus on the impact these cases have on parent advocacy.
