Doors open 2:30 -- course 3:00 - 5:00 -- reception to follow, courtesy of our hosts at Magna Legal Services.

*Free CLE if you volunteer to screen a minimum of five people for Clean Slate eligibility


Learn all about Pennsylvania's New Clean Slate Program that brings automated and expanded Criminal Record Sealing to Pennsylvania.:

  • what can be expunged and what can be sealed;
  • how automatic sealing works;
  • how Clean Slate changes the current process.

This training is team-taught by Community Legal Services staff attorneys Jamie Gullen and Tracie Johnson, with an introduction by Jim Francis and Mark Mailman of Francis & Mailman, P.C.

  • CLE Credit Comments:

    This program has been approved for CLE by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board: One (1.0) hour of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and one (1.0) hour of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit. (must attend entire program to receive ethics credit).

    If you can only attend part of the program you will be eligible for one (1.0) hour of substantive law practice and procedure CLE credit for each hour you attend.
