Jenkins Law Library is presenting a program entitled Trying a Pro Bono Case on April 3, 2019 from 5:30 PM-6:30 PM at the library at 1801 Market St., Suite 900, Ten Penn Center, Philadelphia, PA 19103-6405.

This CLE will look at the rewards and challenges of trying a pro bono case. Viewing the issue through the lens of a prisoner civil rights trial that resulted in a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, we'll look at the relationship-building and strategic decisions the pro bono attorney made.

Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit.
