The Practising Law Institute is offering a free webcast of a live presentation from San Francisco entitled “Because of Sex”: Federal Protections for LGBT People on December 10, 2018 from 12:00 pm-3:30 pm Eastern.

Since the 1970’s and particularly after the Supreme Court’s decision in Price Waterhouse v.
