Join the emerging leaders of Community Legal Services's Justice Rising Advocates for a free 1.5-credit CLE (1.0 Ethics, 0.5 Substantive) addressing legal issues faced by low-wage workers, including workplace harassment, wage theft, and employment discrimination.

View the issues from the perspectives of civil legal services, workers' rights organizations, and the private bar representing both employees and employers. The speakers will discuss legal strategies and tactics to address current challenges around illegal employment practices that disproportionately affect low-wage workers in sectors like hospitality and construction. Learn how legal aid, municipal services, the courts, and the private bar work together for successful outcomes. We will conclude with questions and answers.
