The program will be presented at White and Williams LLP, 1650 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103

This seminar will delve into the probate process and an alternative to probate (§ 3546 Petition) as avenues to transfer legal title of homes into VIP clients’ names. It will concentrate on the unique issues that low-income clients frequently encounter in obtaining title to a family property, including how to utilize the financial assistance of the Tangled Title Fund in representing these clients.

Keeping low-income Philadelphians in their homes is critical to keeping families from becoming homeless and in helping people break the cycle of poverty.  It also combats the occurrence of abandoned properties and neighborhood blight. Join us in assisting to prevent homelessness in Philadelphia.

Training materials and breakfast will be provided.
