The Immigration Advocates Network and the Immigrant Legal Resource Center invite you to a free two-hour webinar entitled Introduction to Asylum Law on March 6, 2013 beginning at 2:00 pm Eastern.

This webinar will review the legal elements of an asylum claim and practical approaches to crafting arguments for various elements. It will discuss past persecution claims, mixed motive cases, imputed political opinion and particular social group claims, and the bars to asylum.

The panelists are Lourdes Martinez and Erin Quinn of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center. IAN staff attorney Pat Malone will moderate.
