Neighborhood Legal Services Association is a private, non-profit Pennsylvania corporation established to provide free legal services in civil cases to low income people. The program's mission is to meet the civil legal needs of the poor and vunerable individuals by securing the rights and obtaining the benefits to which they are entitled. Program services include telephone advice, clinics, referrals, community education, representation before administrative bodies and representation in court.
