The Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project seeks to deliver civil legal services to the institutional population. The goal of the PILP is to ensure equal access to justice for indigent institutionalized persons. In addition to the Main Program Office in Philadelphia the project maintains the following offices in central and western Pennsylvania: Central Office:
