A videotape of the November 9, 2004 one-hour Pro Bono CLE on Divorce for Non-Family Law Attorneys is available as a resource for Dauphin County pro bono attorneys thanks to the Dauphin County Bar Foundation's generous support and Attorney Jim Dougherty's donation of video equipment.
MidPenn Attorney Peg Simok and family law attorney Mark Silliker led the CLE. The video and accompanying 41-page instructions and sample forms are also available to any attorney who is willing to take one no-fault , no-asset pro bono divorce case with back-up support from MidPenn Legal Services.
A similar videotapes on Custody is also available for pro bono participants or attorneys willing to take one non-complex custody case with back-up support. Please contact Public Services Coordinator Sandy Ballard (232-7536) if you are interested in the video and/or handouts which are also available via email.
