SeniorLAW Center & Villanova School of Law present the CLE program, PERSONAL PLANNING 101: WILLS, LIVING WILLS, AND POWERS OF ATTORNEY, on March 16, 2010 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Learn how to prepare and execute basic personal planning documents, including simple wills, living wills and financial and health care powers of attorney.

Attendees will not only learn the relevant Pennsylvania law and pertinent definitions, but also drafting tips and ways to address common misconceptions their clients may have about this area of law.

Particular focus will be given to preparing and executing documents for SeniorLAW Center's client base: older Pennsylvanians in need.
