The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. will be presenting a free webinar entitled TPS and Other Options for Haitians, on February 12, 2010 from 2:00-3:00 pm Eastern.

This webinar will detail the new Haitian TPS program: the eligibility requirements, the application process, and the supporting documentation. Waivers of inadmissibility and appeals will also be covered. Legal remedies for non TPS Haitians will also be described.
