This FREE program, sponsored by the ACBA Family Law Section, is geared toward pro bono attorneys who do not practice primarily family law. It is an excellent opportunity for attorneys participating in NLSA's Protection from Abuse Program, the Custody Conciliation Pro Bono Project, community legal clinics, and other pro bono programs to learn about changes in the custody laws that affect their work on these types of cases.
